Graison Foster-Stemper originally from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, had a successful television news career in both Palm Springs and Vancouver, Canada. She fused her passion for real estate and television while co-hosting the weekly television series, Desert Homebuilders, on CBS2 from 2006-2008 plus she's anchored over 400 marketing productions, created, executive produced and starred in a reality series and appeared in many commercials, television series, and films. While in Vancouver, she enrolled in the Real Estate and Marketing program at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia; received her real estate license in 2016 and joined Remax. In 2017, she and her Husband, Trent, returned to the Desert and are excited to have joined the Omni Group team who has over 30 years of real estate experience and $250+ million in sales volume. OMNI clients will benefit from the team's collective prowess, contacts, and firepower within Rancho Mirage and the surrounding Desert communities. Graison understands there's a lot of mistrust in the real estate business and she's on a mission to change that. Graison says, "There are so many emotional and financial stressors involved with buying and selling properties. I like to make things go as smoothly as possible with clear communication, target market pricing, not over pricing and staging." Graison believes in gratitude and that giving back is a foundation for success. She sat on the Board for SafeHouse of the Desert for 5 years, has worked with numerous charities both here in the Valley and Canada, hosted many fundraisers and is a proud supporter of Project Angelfood in Los Angeles.
